1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OfficeSpaceNigeria ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

OfficeSpaceNigeria operates as a lead generation and connection platform. We facilitate introductions between foreign businesses seeking commercial real estate in Nigeria and our network of verified estate agents. We do not directly lease, sell, or manage properties.

3. Exclusive Agency Agreement

By submitting an inquiry through the Platform and checking the exclusive agency checkbox, you agree to appoint OfficeSpaceNigeria as your exclusive agent for a period of one (1) month from the submission date. During this period:

• You will work exclusively with OfficeSpaceNigeria and our partner agents
• You will not seek office space through other agents or platforms in the selected city
• If you secure office space through another source during this period, you may be liable for our standard commission fees
• The agreement automatically expires after one month unless renewed

4. Platform Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all inquiries
• Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries
• Respond promptly to communications from our partner agents
• Not misuse, hack, or attempt to compromise the Platform's security

5. Limitation of Liability

OfficeSpaceNigeria serves as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of property information provided by estate agents
• The quality, condition, or suitability of any properties shown
• Disputes between users and estate agents
• Lease agreements, terms, or financial arrangements
• Any losses or damages arising from property transactions

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfficeSpaceNigeria, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Property transactions or agreements you enter into

7. Commission and Fees

If you successfully secure office space through our network during the exclusive agency period, our partner agents will charge their standard commission fees. These fees are negotiated between you and the specific agent and are separate from the Platform's services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OfficeSpaceNigeria and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
